Home loans,
made human.

I'm Antonio, a loan officer who believes buying a home shouldn't feel like a test you didn't study for. I'll walk you through every step, answer every question, and be straight with you the whole way.

A little about me

I became a loan officer to be an advocate, not a salesperson.

Born and raised around Sacramento, I've watched friends and family talk themselves out of buying a home because the process felt confusing, expensive, or just out of reach. That's the gap I want to close.

My job is to translate the jargon, run the real numbers, and help you decide what actually makes sense for your life. Sometimes that means a loan today. Sometimes it means a six-month plan to get there. Either way, you'll leave every conversation with a clearer picture than you came in with.

Client reviews

In their words.

“Antonio did an exceptional job! Since it was my first home purchase, he took the time to explain every step to me in Spanish and was always available to answer my questions. My situation needed a little more guidance because I didn't have a traditional income history, but Antonio looked into different options and found a way to help me buy my first home. He was patient, professional, and very dedicated throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful, and I definitely recommend him.”

Questions I hear a lot

You're not the only one wondering.

If your question isn't here, just ask. There are no dumb questions in this process, only ones no one explained yet.

Is now a bad time to buy?

Nobody can time the market, and waiting for “perfect” usually means waiting forever. What matters more is whether the payment fits your life right now. We'll run the actual numbers together, and if the answer is “not yet,” I'll tell you that too.

I don't have 20% saved. Can I still buy?

Yes. Twenty percent is a myth for most buyers. Conventional loans go as low as 3% down, FHA is 3.5%, and VA is 0%. There are also down payment assistance programs in California that many people don't know they qualify for.

My credit isn't great. Should I even apply?

Let's look at it together. FHA loans are flexible on credit, and sometimes a few targeted moves can raise your score faster than you'd think. I'd rather build a plan with you now than have you wait a year unnecessarily.

What does a pre-approval actually involve?

A short application, a credit check, and a few documents like pay stubs and bank statements. It usually takes a day or two, and it gives you a letter that shows sellers you're serious.

How much does it cost to work with you?

There's no cost to talk, get pre-approved, or ask questions. Loan costs are fully disclosed up front, in writing, before you commit to anything.
